POSITION:  CRM/PV Officer

ABOUT THE JOB: To provide a seamless flow of information from our internal and external customers and the management of our Customer Relation Management tool and an efficient PharmacoVigilance unit, we need a flexible and resourceful individual to lead our objective as a CRM/PV Officer.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect and document all reported cases of Adverse Drugs Reaction (ADR) from the field
  • Maintains and update PharmacoVigilance report for every product and forward same to NAFDAC
  • Optimize the utilization of CRM tool by our internal customers
  • Periodic evaluation of compliance to the CRM protocol by our internal customers.

  • Proven experience in ICT especially social media interface, CRM tools, etc.
  • Ability to communicate complex information
  • Adaptable to change and continuous learning
  • Ability to work with a large team
  • Organized and pay attention to detail

QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum qualification: B.Sc/HND from any science background.
  • Proven experience in ICT
