POSITION: CRM/PV Officer
ABOUT THE JOB: To provide a seamless flow of information from our internal and external customers and the management of our Customer Relation Management tool and an efficient PharmacoVigilance unit, we need a flexible and resourceful individual to lead our objective as a CRM/PV Officer.
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and document all reported cases of Adverse Drugs Reaction (ADR) from the field
- Maintains and update PharmacoVigilance report for every product and forward same to NAFDAC
- Optimize the utilization of CRM tool by our internal customers
- Periodic evaluation of compliance to the CRM protocol by our internal customers.

- Organized and pay attention to detail
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum qualification: B.Sc/HND from any science background.
- Proven experience in ICT
